Fitter and Healthier 2015

I weighed myself last week. I've put on 4.5 kilos this year. Not happy. So I'm back on Weight Watchers and tracking my food. I've lost a kilo already. I'm already feeling better. It's hard but I'm trying to keep my eye on the goal. I'd like to lose 8 kilos by the end of the year. How is everyone else going?

I'm going badly. I'm nowhere near as heavy as what I used to be, but I have put on a few kilos since February - it's really hard with no energy to get yourself motivated to exercise, but I know that I will have to lose weight if a transplant ends up happening.

I've been shocking lately. I'm not even going to get on the scales, but my mid section is getting worse.

Would that be a kidney transplant T? My brother has just been diagnosed with something that will lead to dialysis/kidney transplant. I'm hoping I'm a match.

I'm making no progress either. I'm actually wondering if it's hormonal. I get this bloated hard round belly for two weeks around my period. Need to ask a GP I guess.

I was doing great and then I got sick. Hubby has been off work for all of Term 2 and I am stressed to the hilt. I need to get more organised and motivated.

Whilst I am still hitting at least 10000 steps each day, it's the food that I put in my body that is causing the weightloss to stall.

Yeah, food choices made by myself are not good either. I have a sweet tooth, which doesn't help me. Need to just drink more water.

Work seems to make my eating worse. There's always sweet things and morning teas to try and avoid. I also get that after lunch craving for chocolate when at work more than at home.

I am horrible with my food choices. I need t be strict with myself otherwise I eat far too much, healthy and junk food. It's my weigh in day tomorrow. I'll report in tomorrow.

since not having caffeine for nearlyt 2 years being pregnant and then breastfeeding i am now finding myself being sucked into the service statrions 2 for $6 Ice Coffees and get them at least twice a week.
plus trips to the bakery for treats for the "Kids"
NEED TO STOP
winter is sucky for me for dieting coz all the comfort foods are fatting and dont really feel like a salad when its cold
