Homemade hamburgers last night. No idea for tonight maybe homemade schnitzel & vege?

I think we are having chicken rice. Hopefully A will cook it, as I don't know how and I won't be home until 5.30pm as Cate has gymnastics.

DH has requested I pick up noodle box on my way home from work - he has a day off but will be working in the shed and "too busy to cook!"

Nope didn't have pasta, kids and Dave had fish fingers and veggies and I had schnitzel and veg (can't stand fish fingers)
I gave Dean 3 fish fingers and Dave commented that he wouldn't eat all of them.... Well he did. He ate the same amount of veggies as Stacey-Lee and almost the same FF except she had 5 FF.

We had Anita's sizzling beef dish last night. Today I'm making pulled pork.

What's your recipe for pulled pork Lynn? I made it once and it wasn't a great success.

DH is cooking chicken & vege soup. This could go either way. I have to get a nice crusty bread to go with it.

I haven't found a recipe I'm 100% sold on, though I'm close. This one is just an amazing BBQ sauce that we can buy at our gourmet butcher. With the meat, it's about $40 so it's a treat (though it lasted two meals so that was good!)
