What? How can they pass a class when they've missed half the year.

Oh they've been in Ryan's class or one of my others, but they're finding their timetable unmanageable. One shifted because she had 8-5 days four times a week with massive gaps in the days. She also lived an hour from school. Because she had an extra subject, she decided to drop and then switch so she wasn't so exhausted.

That's crazy. We are getting new enrolments all the time. We had new senior students start on the last day of term! Crazy!

In my new challenge, the Drama teacher told me he was NOT NOT NOT teaching Drama at all next year and it was his plan (and expectation after telling the principal) that I'd teach both classes. Had my meeting with the principal on Wednesday and he told me that the teacher can't dictate what other people are doing and he expects him to teach Drama next year. Eeep. I'm just staying as far as possible out of the crossfire as I think this could go very badly. He does want me to teach Year 12 though, which is a little terrifying.

That's bad form by the principal. I hope they can sort it between themselves! You'll do great with yr12 stop underestimating yourself!
